Well im not that informed as most on this site to turbo setups but if your going boost definantly want a Hondata S300 w/boost setup for pretty much unlimited tuning abilities. ive heard nothing but good things about Hondata. Priced well also about $600

Turbo on the other hand Bigger the better

no....

OP, you are going to lose ATTS functionality if you drop the stock ecu.

Do some research and put your own kit together.

Build your own for one and just get a p28 with hondata 300. This is what I use and I love it. Dont go over 6.5 psi on the stock motor

Suggestions on parts
wideband O2 sensor that is compadible with Hondata , don't get the AEM like I did
Tial waste gate
Tial BOV
I use a rev hard manifold cause I need to keep my PS and A/C
750 RC injectors , gives you head room if you want to get a build engine for more power
intercoolers and tubing is generic but get good tubing connectors and t-clamps
or get it welded.
If you have the money I would get the moroso oil pan
and oil filter locator with a good oil cooler with lines (do a search on here)

Just my 10 cents

I think I'm getting 230 to the ground but i did the tune myself but passed 5500 it bogs out (working on it) But its very fun (CAPT. I NEED MORE BOOST!!!). If you get it together research for a good tuner . I'm a technician (BMW) so I understand all the ins and outs of fuel and timing , so don't try to tune it yourself to be safe unless you know what your doing.
