Whining sound when turning right, help please? (96 Civic Coupe)
Hello everyone,
Long time listener, first time caller.
As the title states I have a 96 Civic EX that I just
recently changed the drivers' side cv boot. Afterwards,
I took the car out only to discover that whenever I turn
right whether a slight turn or a full left turn there is this
annoying whining sound, but ONLY when I make a right hand turn.
I checked my power steering fluid and its topped up. Any light shed
on this matter will be greatly appeciated. My dad told me, maybe its
the power steering rack, I suspect maybe a loose belt or something.
Thanks in advance.
