When I searched.. the only thread had one response saying
"no".. but when I went on ebay.. people are selling them like they are interchangeable..

are they? the reason I ask is because my friend has an extra LS valve cover and I wanted to use it..

(Sorry if these questions seem amature.. but I know jack about engine internals)

Would it work with the B16 cams?

does vtec vs. non vtec matter?

do the years matter?

A LS cover will not fit on a B series vtec motor.
A vtec cover will swap over regardless of displacement, though *a b18c vc on a b16.*

thanks for clearing that up..

so any B series valve cover will fit/function correctly? and they are the same year to year?

For Vtecs and non vtecs you can't mix though.

Year to year doesn't matter.
