This is my first post. My name is Andre and I have a black Honda Civic Coupe VTi from 1995. I'm from Portugal.

I'm sure there are a lot of posts about this but I didn't find. Sorry about that.

I have Koni Sport (Yellow) dampers with Koni springs. I am looking for a little more performance. This is my daily car but I will do about 2 trackdays/year. I do some autox but also some bad streets driving (Portugal sucks). I need some good performance/confort ratio.

I'm thinking about buying Ground Control Coilsprings. I don't know if should i buy GC upper mounts. What spring rate and pressure for koni sports do you recommend?
