my civic through a code 1 oxygen content what could it be? and how to fix it can anyone help? and it hard to start like its flooded and when it does start it smokes and i burns your eyes like theres to much gas or something and when it gets to normal temp. like at a red light it chokes up and idles really low. thanks

Code 1 I believe is "oxygen sensor"...it means it's bad...so you replace it with a new one (or at least one that isn't bad).
