Default 5th gen accord vacuum modulator location?

My 96 accord ex auto trans vacuum modulator hose might have a slight leak, it's giving me the classic symptoms. Does anyone know where this thing is located? I looked through all the service manuals for my year and other years but I can't find the section that lists it. Any help would be great.

What are your classic symptoms?

I don't think the 96 TCU (computer) controlled transmission uses a vacuum modulator. The TCU controlled transmissions use signals from the ECU and other sensors to control shift solenoids A & B along with lockup control solenoids A & B.

When I rev in third gear and let go of the gas pedal (when driving) the revs stick to one point for 2 second then fall down but bounce up like I'd say 500rpm
