The car will start fine, although the first turn of the key it trys to start and then dies, then it will start fine and idle fine. When coming to a stop,or a deceleration it gets a extremely low idle and then dies. Once it dies it takes a couple minutes to start back up.
Ive narrowed it down to an ignition problem. The entire distributor is brand new,so ive kinda narrowed that out.
Any ideas or what to test?

Clean both the throttle body AND the IAC (Idle Air Control motor). They get all crudded up over the passage of time, and often cause conditions which you are discribing here.
If it were an ignition problem; it would either be a:
1) No start condition
2) Misfire (and subsiquent DTC)
