thanks, i know how to paint. looking for a hood that's all... good price though. how much would you charge for new hood painted, and repaint the front bumper? that got jacked up too. also do you work out of a shop? or are you in a class some where?

Same exact **** happened to me.

I put a brand new oem hood on my eg from when some girl pulled out in front of me and then 4 months later some jackass with their big truck backed over the front. Luckily the truck didn't have a hitch so the damage isn't as bad as yours but it was a hit and run. I opted for an oem bra instead of replacing it

mine wasn't a hit and run... it was my friends older sister. which makes things worse in my opinion... i would hate to get mad about a 15 year old civic. and to claim something like this on insurance seems a bit ridiculous because i know i can get it fixed for less then her deductible. she said she would pay for the repairs, i am just trying to weigh out my options to find the cheapest way to do this. i am afraid a bra isn't going to hide this one. :-(

it is just a car though, it just sucks that it got resprayed less then 2 weeks ago.

so everyone i need a hood. OEM, Carbon Fiber what ever... let me know what you got.

thank you but so there is no bad information on this thread... ugh certifit does not sell oem body panels, they are oem replicas. like some knock off jordans or something lol. and they are cheaper 77.87 for a hood, i dont want to deal with bad fitment so i would prefer OEM or a reputable companies hood.

i have just had ALOT of bad fitment issues with sorta-fit. from bumper covers to hoods to a feaking headlight. it is always close but not really right. my bumper fit like **** if i see my friend i will take a picture of it. ughh never again unless i really really have to.

so bump bump anyone got a hood?
