Default CE1 Accord Wagon Turbo Build Up. aka Wagonist Wagon

Hey guys fixing a project my friend has gotten screwed over on twice now.

94 accord wagon painted white i think its s2k ill check. F22A pistons and rods. and a trany that was suppose to be build but was not. Long story short.

One guy was supose to rebuild his exr tranny and do the 5 spd conversion on the car but the guy ended up flaking on him and just building the trany. So another shop took the project on and hacked it up pretty good. They put the 5 spd swap in and all the tranny was stuck in gear and the clutch did not work. Motor would not start and so forth. They pretty much ****ed it up. We will leave it at that. So buddy towed the car home after 2 years of getting cocked around, I could see the stress and the tears of hard work and working over time and saving every penny for his dream car. So i worked a deal out to fix the car, So i got the trany out of it. Tranny was covered in old grease and there was alot of dirt and **** loads of old silcone in the trany. Turns out the idoit putting the new parts on doubled up the 4th gear syncro spring on causeing it to jamp solid and wrecking the springs and nicking some stuff up.

So here is what i will be doing, Rebuilding the tranny with all new bearings and seals and re shiming it properly. Redoing alllll the charge pipes with a back door set up and some battery relocation. The 3" DP and a WG plumb back under the oil pan a 3" exhaust with some resontors and big magnaflow 3" muffler with the orignal s curve on the end spout

Ill post some pics up tomorrow. Here is what there car looks like and all.

Well as promised some pics

Jan.26 Well tranny is on the car and the wiring is all stripped and redone and back on the car.

And the pimp himself

Jan.30 Well the Dp and the dump tube is all done and ready to go.

Feb.01
Well turbo housing is fully ported and the manifold fully ported and officaly on the car for good

Well the exhaust is all done and on the wagon. I got most of the parts on the motor. Just got to finish the battery tray and mount it and then clean the intercooler out and then fix the clutch and fill her full of fluid and she is ready to run.
