i have an 91 CB7 and i was wondering has anyone made tha dash all led

Not that i know of (Yet)
I can (however) put you in the right direction if you want to change the color if the dash controls and illumination by LED's
I converted my SE to blue illumination (all but the map/reading lights. It's really quite striking and far easier on the eyes.

Then you're going to have to determine what bulb size is used for that application and find an LED equivilent for it.

here's the illustration from the honda catalog for your '91
It could be either a T5 or a T10 bulb, depending on what you're doing.

nice look ... so the led's are plug and play right no soldering involved as far as the cluster? approx. how many bulbs are in the cluster in a 6th gen?

Nope, sorry. It's that Nighttime/ Digital Camera / Can't make out a bloody thing exercise thing.
Surprisingly, my cell phone almost picked it out, but it was still just a bunch '0 dots.
