Default Overheating Hatchback - Awesome! - Help?

Here is the story.

I have a 95 Civic hb cx (w/ jdm d15). Car started to overheat. I heard a whistling noise coming for the radiator cap (plus it was really beat up). I saw drips of fluid leaking for the radiator cap area. So I replaced the radiator cap, but car still overheated. Next, I had a spare radiator laying around so I swapped that in. Car seemed fine, I drove around for 30mins and no problems arose. Ten minutes later I turned the car back on and test drove it again. As I approached 60mph the car started to cross the half way point and kept climbing. I turned on the heater and headed home.

Any suggestions? No radiator fluid leaks. The cooling fan turns on. Both of the hoses were hot (upper/lower).

Thanks in advance.
