If you need to be told how to make a tow hook. If you dont know what material to make them out of. for the love of god why would you think you should try?

well, your going to want some metal. you should take a picture of what you want and then take whatever you have that can cut whatever metal you have. use that to cut the metal you have into the shape of what is in the picture. then bolt it to your car.
