FS: 2003 BR Stage 4+ Evo 8
selling for a friend , email him for questions ..... muad.evo8@gmail.com ....
car is located in Ohio
It's time to sell the Evo. We just bought a second house, had another kid (My Princess is now 1 and walking ), and I have way to much wrapped up in this car that could go towards alot of other things. This car has been very well maintained, oil changed every 3-3.5K (Mobile 1), K&N or Mobil 1 filters only. A the moment it has 65K, and I'm still on the stock clutch, which helps prove I don't bet her. This is my DD, and I have to say in the 2-3 years I've had her, she has never let me down.
Here's the Good stuff:
Engine/Power:
BR filter (brand new)
Custom CAI (Doubles as a short ram or CAI)
FP "White Rabbit" 16G turbo with 10.5 hotside
BR LICP
BR Deluxe FMIC
BR UICP
Forge 1g style BOV
BR MBC (23psi spike)
HKS 272 intake/exhaust cams
ARP headstuds
Fidanza cam gears (set at 0,0)
AMS 780cc injectors (scaled down properly)
hand ported stock exhaust manifold
DNP SS O2 housing
BR 3" SS mandrel bent TBE with test pipe and bullet (race) muffler
Unorthodox Racing pulley set (crank pulley, water pump pulley, accessory pulley)
Greddy Kevlar timing belt
carbon fiber radiator shroud
DC sports Titanium front strut tower bar
Buschur Modified Polished spark plug cover
BR Mini Battery
BR Mini Batter tray
Samco Upper Rad hose
Exteroir:
OEM JDM Evo IX rear bumper
Rexpeed Tarmac black vortex generator
JDM amber side markers
EvoDave blacked out headlights
20% tint
Honda S2000 shorty antenna
UK Evolution VIII badge (not installed)
Other mods:
AEM UEGO Wideband O2
AEM Digital Boost gauge
BR dual steering column gauge pod
all amber dash lighting
Hawk HPS brake pads
suspension off an 05 Evo 8 (less than 25K)
MELLON TUNED
The bad:
I'm an honest guy, so I'll be up front. Has small oil leak, just enough to keep stuff wet. No drips. It had this problem when I bought it. I pulled the head off last summer and put a new OE gasket on (old one was fine). Didn't change, so my mechanic said leave it be, it's not hurting anything. It also does not use any oil in between changes. EDIT: After further inspection, it appears to be coming from the valve cover. Obviously an easy fix if it bothers you that much.
The exterior is in good shape for a 5 year old car. Few small scratches, all of which from the original owner. The front bumper has the usual rock nicks, etc. I'd say 8 out of 10. I had an estimate done to fix all the flaws, and it came it at about $600. The stock Enkies have some rash, also from the previous owner. You have to get up close to really see it.
All the after market stuff adds up to at least 9K, and the car books for about 18-19 (KBB private sale, good condition) or 21 retail. So we are going to ask $20,999 or best offer. I feel this is a Great price for such a nicely modded Evo. All parts are top notch, no cheap miss matched crap. I also have several other parts laying the the garage that I will be willing to give to the new owner, depending on the sale price

if you would like me to take pics of anything else on the car just ask
NO TRADES , SORRY
