are clutch alignment tools universal

just as the topic says?

are they?
got a y7 doing a auto to manual swap need to know where to pick a alignment tool up

no they are not universal! it should come with your new clutch

Not at all, there is one sold, at aftermarket places like Pep Boys, but they all have different ends on them for them to line up correctly. I wouldn't take a bad chance on something when you can get the proper part quickly and cheaply.
