This is angering, in the pants.

listen this forum is for suspension iam not the greatest at setups. wow so i ask for people to post up there swaybars setup. that is so hard for u to get. please just close this thread someone.
sways are about working with the rest of the suspension, the parts you listed have little to do with the way the suspension actually performs.
tires, spring rates, driving style/preference and where/how the car is to be used are very important.
for a base setup with decent spring rates and street driven it's difficult to go wrong with the USDM ITR setup. 24mm front and 22mm rear.
for a little more oversteer the 23mm rear is a good step.
Depending on how you like the car to handle, you can go from understeering pig to oversteering twitchy monster with tires, sways, springs rates, and alignment settings.

Let's play nice, children.
Frankly, I think the best front bar for '92-00 Civics is the OEM '92-95 21mm front bar.
Rear bar will depend on a number of factors.
You're going to need to give us more information. "I got a EG CX with full coilovers and Spoon calipers" doesn't give us much to go with.

Tips for having your questions answered quickly and thoroughly:
1. Remember to include any information relevant to your question - e.g., the vehicle you are working with (year, make, model, doors, trim level), your budget, the purpose for which you use your car, and/or your motivation for modification.
2. More background information almost always helps. For example: What suspension products have you had experience with in the past? If you're having a problem, when does it occur and what symptoms are evident?</TD></TR></TABLE>
