2000 CRV Shift Map?

it makes more power up there than from 1500 - 3000 in 2nd..
you can't hold it in gear with the shifter, it will not manually shift into 1st gear. if i drop it before it gets to 5000rpm it shifts into second..
the shifter will only shift it into second.. if i start off with it shifted all of the way down it starts in second...
fyi - it isnt a stock b20z2, and it isnt in a crv
