got cel codes 4 and 8 which show tdc sensor (dizzy??) and crank position sensor. does anyone know where those sensors are??

 

The sensors are inside the distributor..

What usually happens is the bearing starts shreading itself up
and it slings the metal shavings all about..

The sensors inside the distributor are magnetic so all
of the shavings stick to the sensors and distort the signals to the ecu..

 

nice thanks, i just threw on a new one but haven't reset the ecu.

 

Ok so i went to reset my ecu and the lights were gone for about five minute and now it' throwing the same code with a NEW dizzy any ideas?
