Default Need help with a stalling CRX.......its driving me crazy

Hey I have a 91 CRX with a D16Y8.......this is my problem. My car turns on idles fine then dies 10 seconds later. I changed spark plugs, fuel filter, cleaned all internals in dizzy, Main Relay seems ok, but I ordered a new one, as soon as I press the gas even a little bit it shuts off. It throws CEL 3 wich is MAP sensor but it was running fine before with the error code. I checked all the vaccums. ( no leaks ) No hissing air from brake booster or firm pedal. I'm thinking maybe fuel pump. the only thing wrong with that theory is the trootle cable was tight so it was idleing at 3k for a while without shutting off until I pressed the gas. The only thing I could think that I changed from when it was running fine is my cousin did the timing I don't think he did it right. and I changed the hose from the Booster but did not put the brake check valve back in( could this be the culprit) any ideas......its driving me nuts

thanks

anyone? I've searched like crazy and read literally hundreds of posts and looked at dozens of threads on this site and many others. I've tried their remedies but nothing is working for me. I only have like 3 posts left for the day can anyone help me?

Why didn't you put the brake booster check valve back in?

Why don't you check the timing to find out if it was done right or not?

Why are you throwing a MAP sensor error code?

recheck your dizzy and your timing belt. the belt might be off a tooth. the your dizzy might need to be realign with a timing light.

Well I'm going to use this as an excuse to finally install my Skunk2 cam gear and dish out the cash for a qualified tech to do the timing and adjust the dizzy with the gun.

pettyboy69, I don't think it's my TPS wiring the car has had the swap for almost 2 years and was running strong until I replaced the timing belt ( when my cousin did the timing). I put the brake check valve back in still does the same thing. I'm putting in a new Main Relay, gas tank, and Walbro Fuel pump ( my tank leaks a tiny bit). I'm thinking it's the timing though. Also another question how long do we have to have the nOOb Pic up.. I know it's a right of passage but I rather have my rex up there! lol

thanks everyone.
