How do I remove the small red and yellow painted circles that are printed on brand new tires? Each new tire I have has one or two of these marks on the sidewall. Alot of brand new tires have these small circular painted marks on them....

 

Wesley's Bleach-white & a coarse scrub brush should do the trick
