Default exhaust/header

I have a 96 lude with an h22a1 and im looking to get a new header and pipes/exhaust.

any opinions on what to get, im by no means rich, but i dont want a p.o.s im going to have to replace either, if you could send me links that would be even more helpful, thanks for your time.

SMSP, Hytech, RMF are some of the best headers out there but if you don't
have a lot of money and insist on getting a header go with a greddy header
and do the 2.5 collector mod.

Don't expect more that a 5hp gain though.

thanks a lot, ill be taking a look at them, im relatively new to this, but i was raised honda and i have something great to work on.

Check out nopi.com man, they have some pretty decent deals...And I have to agree with the above comment, don't expect much HP gains, obviously.

My recommendation, make sure you make a SOLID plan and stick to it before you start modding your car. Don't fall into the trap many do who just start modding their car with no goal in mind. Then when they realize what they want to do, they bought parts that aren't going to work together and wasted A LOT of time and money.

As for your question, there are lots of options for you. Some better than others, but it all depends on what you are planning to do. A ~$400 header can be a 'better' header than a more expensive one depending on your goals.

Do it right the first time or don't go it at all. That's my philosophy.
