JDM Headlights?????

JDM Headlights?????
I am just wondering if any of you with the JDM headlights can tell me how to hook up both the High-beams and the fog lights?
Obviously the turn signals and the low-beams were a simple plug in but the other two have different leads.
Does anybody have any experience with these? What do I need to do?
