Default Idle Vibration?

I had just replaced my subframe on my rsx along with energy suspension motor mounts and a strupp race header. Now im getting horrible vibration when idleing in or out of gear. When i press the gas and it revs from about 700 to 1500 rpms theres a terrible vibration. It doesnt matter if im in gear or out of gear it still does it. Never had a single problem with the engine and didnt mess with anything mechanical with the engine other than the header and its installed correctly and the o2 sensors are connected to the new header. Maybe the energy suspension motor mounts caused this vibration? I would love to hear any of you guys' thoughts.

Ya think?

This is the one reason why I don't have a race header...because it requires motor mounts. And all of the mounts I've felt make the car vibrate a stupid amount.

Well is it bad for the car to vibrate that bad? Its really vibrating a rediculous amount just idling.

Yep. And I bet the a/c running makes it all the worse, too.

it certainly doesn't help the car to be vibrating that much, especially the interior panels.

Some folks can put up with it. I couldn't. I'll take 5 less hp with a shorty header and testpipe any day of the week. I was embarrassed to have people ride in my car with those mounts in.

Well what would it do if i just took the esmm's out? The only reason they say to use them is to keep the headers from rubbing right? Im thinking about just taking them out and seeing how it runs. Any idea if just taking 1 mounts inserts out would make it better? (ie. taking out just the back esmm inserts or taking out just the front. )
