Default cross drilled and slotted rotors

my friend has a 2002 rsx type s with cross drilled and slotted rotors and some one told him that he put his rotors on wrong which way are the slots supposed to be going he has them so the slots are faced like this \ toward the front and the guy said the sould be like this / toward the front

It depends on who manufactured them. Some brands don't specify some say leading some say sweeping.

Most of the time (from what I have seen) they are opposite from what your friend has. Power Slot rotors are like this.

ask him to check if his vanes are curved.
if they ar curved, then they are directional; he'll need to find out.

if they're straight, it doesn't really matter in most cases.

If he has front and back I'd put them on / for the back and \ for the front But seriously check with the manufacturer.
