New Honda cruiser/sport bike: HT's opinion?

I saw this on a site I regulary visit and thought it was interesting. Not sure yet how I feel about it:

Its not something new.. other companies (Suzuki) have bikes like this as well.. it looks nice.. probably rides great, and probably has very good power output..
