Am testing the waters on either a lease assumption on my E92 coupe or a flat out buy out on it. Here are the specs:

It's a 3 yr lease with 2 yrs left, 10,000 miles a year, $705/month after tax in Southern California. If assuming the lease, am looking for $6,000 on top of the lease assumption for the car as is. Can lower if you would like it with the stock wheels. The wheels alone are valued at close to $4,000 with the tires. That doesn't even include the full stereo, body kit, blow off valve, suspension, exhaust, etc.

If interested in buying out, am looking for $48,000 AS IS.
