Default 2006 Civic Si Squeak when turning hard slow left

I have a squeak when I turn hard left going very slow, into parking spots, garages etc.
It sounds exactly like garoto628 from Temple of vtech's in the video he posted. Go to the last 10 sec and it is the squeak sound. I DO NOT have the croaking frog like sounds from the srs reel cable, it is only the squeak that happens in the last 10 sec of the video

He says his steering rack needed to be replaced. I just wondered if anyone else has had this problem and how it was fixed.

I had same problem 08FA5.
I took it to the dealer and got fixed.
They replace steering wheel rack.

How many miles ago was this? I heard of one other person with the problem who got the steering rack replaced at 40K miles and now it is back again at 80 K

hahahah that sound would be quite irritating knowing that an amphibian could be in the steering column

80K miles on a 3 year old is car is kind of ridiculous. That's roughly 73 miles per day.
