Default ok i need some oppinions

okay i want to put a b16a sir motor in my si hatch i know i need mounts linkage and a sub harness now can i run a obd0 to obd1 jumper and run a obd2 sir computer or a different computer or do i have to use the original obdo computer please hemp with the info and is there anything else i need for the swap like hubs or is the hub the same and anything else would be great

yea sorry about the spelling the computer is really slow compared to how fast i type and i dont do spell check when i am trying to get something done i also didnt ask for a opinion on my spelling i looked and i cant find it or i wouldnt have started a topic about it

Not to be a dick, but, you didn't look hard did you.....

Bet you didn't even try.

You can use any ECU that you want, if its for a B series, and OBD1 or 0 will work fine, you can do the mods to use an OBD2 if you wish as well......

SEARCH....red button up in the right corner.

I stayed OBD0 with a PR3 personally.

can u run hondata in a obd0 ecu i was told u cant and when i click on that link it just takes me to the search it has nothing i seen about wat ecus you can use in a obd0 sir swap not trying to be an *** just saying

That link is the FAQ. You need to do some reading man. Quit giving up and asking to be spoonfed....lol.

You can use any ECU that you want if you know someone that can tune. But the
easiest way and best way IMO is to use the ECU that corresponds to the particular motor you use.

lol how can a faq have nothing do some research before you do an actual swap instead of asking questions

i have done plenty of swaps and have no problems but this is the first time in not doing any wire stuff normally i always move up in obd i never stay obd0 and i was told u cant run hondata in a obd0 ecu is this true this is y i want to run a diff ecu if i cant
