Default Accord CG6 5 lug conversion help

I need to know what is the recommended five lug conversion for my cg6. I was wonder like what's needed what donor car should i get them from. etc. Prelude, odyssey, etc.

from what i was told if you already have rear disc brakes all you need are 98-02 v6 accord:

*knuckles
*hubs
*calipers
*rotors
