its for my dad. he had a stroke , cant use his left arm anymore

**** that attaches to your steering wheel its a **** that can twist around and around so you can only hold that **** and you can turn your steering wheel all the way around

do u guys know where i can find one that will fit any steering wheels? i check pepboy, autozone, they dont have the right size
