Default Debadged, destickered, deplated. Waxed

Did a few things today.

1. Removed the sticker the dealer put on my car, only to find some lovely scratches they were hiding.
2. Removed the Accord and LX Badge
3. Took off license plate holder, looks a lot cleaner I think.
4. WAXXXX

ANNND the scratches they hid from me

I'll be first!

Your car looks good. Get some suspention and drop it like its hot!

Other than that, your car looks to be in pretty good condition. Makes me want a black one.

CLEAN!! I like it a lot.
I have a question..I would like to debadge my Accord, but I'm not sure how. Aren't there holes that the emblems leave? If so, how do you take care of the holes? Because I dont see any on your car where the badges were.

So how to do remove the badges?

If you are pulling the H Emblem off the trunk there are holes under it

take a putty knife and wrap duct tape around it, then heat up the badge with a hairdryer or heat gun and scrape it off

The only emblem that has holes is the actually "H" Logo. The other's do not.

To remove them, I take a blow dryer and blow it around the emblem to heat up and loosen the glue. Then Take some waxed dental floss and floss behind the emblem til it comes off the car. If you patiently do this, you wont have much glue/residue to clean off. Use some "Goo Gone", and friction from your fingers to remove the excess adhesive. Get some car wash soap and water and clean off the surrounding area (I just wash the whole car afterwords). If you have a moment, give the area a coat of wax and your done.
