my 1st auto x....
this is sooo much fun you guys. I had money saved up for a nitrous kit
on that idea. I'm getting sway and strut bars and looking for good tires. There were about 45 cars. The best run was a 30 my first run was a 43 and off course..then a 38 then my best run was 36. I was pretty happy w/ that time. What are some good tires for auto-x, they will be on a set of rims STRICKLY for auto-x...**** i can't belive how addicting this is. But tires just for auto x. Thanks! see ya guys

Don't waste your hard earn money on all those performance goodies, sometimes it's useless to have stuff like NOS, exhaust..etc. It's better to run in stock class and work your way up. If you have mods they gonna put u in different class. I ran with all season and with a nail stuck on one of them..who cares. Good Luck!

What kind of car do you have and what do you have done to it? If you haven't done anything yet, get a set of shocks and a set of wheels to mount r-tires on (wheels must be same size as stock) and have at it!
The best bestest r-tires are Hoosiers but they are really expensive and wear out quickly. An r-tire that gives a good tradeoff between performance, cost, and wear rate is the Kumho Ecsta V700. Both of em are sold at Tire rack.
If you are already modified beyond stock or if you just wanna check out the classes go to http://www.moutons.org/sccasolo/
