my friend has a 88 civic with a 91 ls motor in it and for some reason the car drains the battery when the cars off and if he takes the fuse out for the cig lighter it doesnt drain but for some reason the front turn signals runs off that fuse too but doesnt say that on the plastic fuse panel. Does anyone know what could be causing this???? thanks
