98 LX F23 NO SPARK WONT START!!
RECENTLY MY 98 ACCORD LX SEDAN DIED ON ME AND I FIGURED OUT THAT I WASN'T GETTING A SPARK THROUGH MY PLUGS. REPLACED CAP, ROTOR, IGNITION MODULE AND COIL STILL NO GO. MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WILL NOT TURN ON AT ALL. RIGHT NOW WHEN I GO TO TURN THE CAR OVER, MY TACH NO LONGER MOVES AND I DONT GET THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT THAT USUALLY COMES ON FOR A COUPLE OF SECONDS. MY FRIEND AND I HAVE DONE JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING AND HE MAY THINK ITS THE ECU BUT AT THIS POINT WE HAVE NO IDEA WHAT ELSE IT COULD BE. I SUGGESTED TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE DISTRUBITOR AS AN ACT OF DESPERATION, BUT WE WANNA LEAVE THAT FOR LAST.

The problem with these systemic failures is where to start. Even with the case of the ECM going completely 'stupid' some commitment (read that 'dollars') to the process is inevitable.
You're going to have to start by determining what's working first, in order determine what's not.
Fuel Pump Working?
Engine cranks but will not start?
Is the distributor actually rotating?
Is the Engine mechanically sound/ Did the timing belt break?
Once you've determined that everything is mechanically sound and some of the support systems are functional, you're going to have to start checking power (Batt) feeds (fuses, wires etc) starting with the ECM.
