Default New Honda owner with some questions

Just bought a daily for my daily, lol. it's a 1988 Accord 5 speed, now it has some issues, 1st being the front left hub needs replaced (bearings are shot) started pulling that apart but the main nut is giving me issues on coming off. 2nd unless the changed the bolt from what it should be, I could not find where the fill plug is for the trans (found the drain plug, 5 speed) So 2 questions, the front wheel hub needs replaced when you do bearing right? 2nd where is the fill plug on this transmission.

well got the axle nut off and thanks for the advise on the hub puller, almost thought about just getting a used spindle from a junk yard. also can someone post a pic of the fill plug on the trans looked more today and could not find it anywhere.
I did however get the oil changed, puller the timing belt cover and the belt is fairly new and started going over all vacum and radiator lines checking for brittle rubber.

5spd?

I believe it's the same on F23 as the F22, there are two bolts visible if you take off the passenger wheel on the tranny. One is up and to the left, the other is close to the very bottom.

Bottom is drain, the one up and to the left is the fill, I use a long tubed funnel from the top of the engine bay to reach it, fill it until the fluid reaches the bottom of the threads. You should be able to use a 3/8th ratched to remove the bolts (it has the square indention on it)

yea it's a 5spd, and I knew it was a 3/8 drive nut, but can't find the thing anywhere, found the drain plug, so was wondering if anyone had a pic. There is however a 5/8 bolt kinda up to the left right by the cv axle
