Brake issue

Brake issue
Recently bought a 90' SI hatch with a b18b swap and 93' integra front brakes. Now my brake pedal goes to the floor and barely stops. I assume its my master cylinder, so should I get another one for a civic si or get one for a 93' integra? Not really sure which I should get. Thanks
