Ok here's what happend im driving home a few nights ago and i was going from third gear to fouth as i was switching it wouldnt go into fouth. I tried to put it in another gear and it wouldnt let me. It just locked up on me i was only 2 minutes away from home. So i turned the car off and it went into gear. I had put it in 2nd and turned the car on . i drove the rest of the way home in 2nd gear. I lifted the car up and turned it on. while it was in the air it was taking all the gear like if it was driving fine, but as soon as i put it back on the ground it would not go into gear. What i was thinking is my clutch is no good because when i stepped on it , it dont feel the same as it did before. Can someone explain to me whats wrong

did you try bleeding the clutch check for leaks on the slave cylinder and get back to me

 

definatly sounds like a clutch problem wat kind of clutch do u have and how old is it? i had a similiar problem and it ended up being a bad throwout bearing and i destroyed a stage 3 pressure plate.
