If you're wanting a modification that will add good hp, replace everything from the header back. If you're wanting something "loud & pretty", just replace the muffler.

If you're gonna replace piping, start at the header and convert everything from collector to muffler to 2.5" (or higher) custom-made pipes and your choice of muffler.

i want some good hp out of it, i've been told not to go over 2.5" unless you have headers because of backpressure issues. I'm really looking for preformance upgrades that will be compadible with the h22a i'm going to swap in early spring i thought a catback exhaust would be the best thing to start out with

You're going to have fitment issues with a generic exhaust like that. An exhaust shop will be your friend shortly after purchase.

ok every1 has there own opinion...my friend got this 1, and it is not that bad it looks thin.. but when you get it its not pictures arent always accurate...it sound deep and it does have a good volume control. but he replaced the cat with the magnaflow. and that **** souunded hottttt.. not like a fart can but like a deep vibrant tone..i would give it a A+ for the sound and the money. and trust me it does add a minimal HP. and you can feel some of it during acceleration.

my problem is that i have about 150-200 bucks extra money to spend on my car and i would like to get something for some extra horses that i would waste my money on for my h22a swap but i might just use that extra money to clean up my body

ok i see what the issue is here..$$$$$$$$$$ Bingo if you have only 150 to about 200 then you can get or make a custom setup but. there is never a promise that you will get the gains you desire. it is true that you get what you pay 4. but again you can get better for your money its just up 2 you. and what you like... asking 4 opinions is not gonna get you anywhere its just gunna be the +'s and the -'s. like i said the n1 is good 4 the money, and sound, but again if your gunna end up buying it then you gotta pay the $100 extra 4 installation so you are kinda gonna get F'd after the purchase unless of course you do it your self witch is easy as 1 out of 123. so yeah

If I was you I would just save up a bit more and get what you really like. It always pays off if you did not settle for less.
