budget suspension

im on a budget and i was thinking on getting skunk2 lowering springs on tokico blues. anybody know how the ride is on that setup? any suggestions?

The blues are essentially an OEM replacement, and won't be very friendly with either a drop or increased spring rate (which all lowering springs should have).

I'd go with better shocks.

I wouldnt go with the blues. Get a set of illuminas (whites) instead.

i have the blues on gc's and the ride is firm yet do-able for street use. @ 215k miles on bad bushings i am pleased with my crx's capabilities.

My buddy has this very setup on his dc4. It's a pretty bouncy ride, but it's lasted about 2 years. It's fading fast now though.

Grab some better shocks.
