Default 1989 accord Power stering problem

I have an 89 accord and just this last week i have found that i am losing power stering fluid out of the top of the resovor , yes the cap is still on but it some how manages to pop up . i have inspected the lines and can not spot any visable leaks or cracks, and the resovor and cap as well have no visable cracks or leaks it simply just pops up on its own........ can any one please help??

Never seen this problem...... Is the reservoir over filled? There is a full mark on the side of the reservoir, about 3/4 of the way up
Check to see if the P/S fluid is foaming after running a few minutes, that would indicate a leak on the suction side of the pump.

you have a air leak in the o rings or the reservoir i have done a ton of p/s pump reseals for this very problem the most common thing i seen what the front pump seal sucking air and it will push the fluid out of the cap.

don't forget the front pump seal on it that's one of the biggest sources for that air leak.
