Well Me and a friend were thinking of taking on this project..
At 1st he wanted a type S, but after talking to a few people I found out that it is kinda hard due to the atts... Which Now Im second guessing that because I hear the Type S doesnt have atts only the SH in USDM
I heard theres a thread somewhere on this board about it but I couldnt find it.

Anyways.. I was just wondering..
A) has anyone EVER done this swap? and has any extra info that we may need?
B) does anyone know anything that will make this swap not possible?
C)Does the T2W4 euro R Tranny mount different the other H series trannies
D)I've searched my *** off and couldnt find jack shiet... I did see the euro R into a newer civic.. but it was H2B so alot of it is different..

I would hope to also have rywire do the wiring..
I talked to peter@rywire. (about the type S initially)
So hopefully the euro R will still be possible to..

Any info is appreciated..
and lets not turn this into a B vs H or any other battles that arnt necessary.

or make a mount for the tranny

Seems like with a little modiification.. The Esp mounts will work with the Euro R LSD tranny.

That is honestly what I thought... Ima check more on this..

 

I might be mixed up, but I know the euro R trans should bolt up, its the same pattern as a normal h series trans. No clue on the atts trans though.

Look at it this way, you can use a normal h22 trans or a euro R with the same mounts, therefore it has to be the same. We have had a few euro R's in our shop at one time or another.
