Default 5W30 vs. 10W30 which one?

Hi guys,

I have a 2000 Accord LX 4 Cyl. with 140K..

Do you think its better to use 10w30 instead of 5w30?

5w for better start up protection.

Honda says 5w30, no reason to use 10w30.

i'd use only 5w30 cuz its thinner than the 10w30. the grand prix GTP uses 10w30 thats cuz its S/C. Any car that is boosted will use 10w30 no problem.

A lot of guys are switching to lighter oils if they do not have oil burn problems, it has less friction which increases HP, yes I know, its practically unnoticable, so was the HP gain from that $700 exhaust system but every little bit helps.
