Yeah I have it on my 08 sedan Along with the Eibach sway bar kit. I like it alot. It is a little stiffer but does not jar your bones and create rattles which I've heard on cars that have rock hard suspensions. Still leaves a little wheel gap between the fenders. But stiffer isn't always better for road holding abilities.
I measured the a part of the frame before and after the installation to see how much lower it was as I was getting alot of different responses from people ranging from 1/2" to 1 1/2" . the frame before was 6 3/4" and after it was 6" so that comes to 3/4" and I had the front and rear springs side by side. Looked like 3/4". I highly reccommend it unless you like your car slammed and uncomfortable and a rattle trap

^Did you make your measurements right after you installed them or did you wait until after they settled? I looking into this setup.

Just wondering what the cost is for the hfp, from this thread I see 600 while I have heard of the price as high as 900.

I got the Eibach sway bar kit from TIRE RACK for $290 and the HFP setup from ebay from a honda dealer that sells at wholesale price over the internet for $599 plus shipping. It was new make sure it's for your chasis style though...I think coupe and sedan have different part numbers.

Disagree with the other guy though. It's genuine honda so I thought the emphasis was on ride quality. I don't autocross but I drive very hard at times, 9 and 10 10ths and I think it holds the road very well. But the car needs more rubber on the road to be super grippy I think

Oh yeah, the price quote I got from the local dealer was $815 and it was called the sports suspension kit. I had to check to see if I was really getting a good deal from the internet

ive had mine on for about 4k miles....a lot different than the stock lx suspension...drop is subtle, handling is a lot more crisp and tight. i think it was the best way for me to go. just need to get a sway now

My Si has about 250 miles on it, and I just installed the HFP suspension package yesterday.

I didn't have much experience with the stock suspension to compare the two, but the drop is noticeable to me. I think I had about 4 of my fingers before, and now I have 2. It should settle a little more over time.

I also installed the HFP sports muffler in the process.

^^ Depends on what you are looking for. If you want it totally slammed you may be right. If you want it slightly lowered with better handling, for a good price, it is ftw.

I love my stock suspension on my Si--only thing I feel I really need are stickier tires
