accord 2001 idle issue

I have an accord 2001 Ex 4 cyclinders. Lately the idle is acting weird. Sometime it went down to 300 rpm which makes the car shake like crazy but it went back to normal after 30 sec to a minute.

You will need to hook up to a scanner and check the idle air control counts, have you tried to clean the throttle body yet.
