Default FS/FT: 1983 Mazda Rx-7, $4250, Trades Considered, Indiana

Hello Midwesterners,

I recently finished up my 1983 Mazda Rx-7 restoration and modification project. I'm looking for something else to start working on, or just cash to buy a new project. I'll either sell outright or trade for a car of equal value. Car is for sale for $4250. Located in East, Central Indiana (Richmond).

My original intent was to drive the car for a while after completion, but I decided I'd rather go ahead and start another build. The car has 89k on the clock, and is a rocket with the new parts/mods. The car doesn't leak a drop of ANYTHING. It doesn't burn any oil or any coolant. It is a very solid running car, and is ready to be driven for many miles. Mechanically it needs nothing.

I have included a mod list below. The body on the car is probably a 7 out of 10. It is a nice looking car, but not show quality. It has a few small dings here and there, and the paint has a few small imperfections. With a little body work and a respray it could be show quality though. There is NO RUST anywhere on this car. I would have painted the car, but I hate doing body work, so it wasn't that important to me. The car looks very nice already.

The title on the car is clear, but states a mileage discrepancy. This is because I accidentally filled out the mileage box wrong when I went to the BMV to transfer the title. I attempted to correct my misprint, but they wouldn't allow me to title the car without a mileage clause on the title. Either that or the seller had to sign the title again, and he was 3 hours away, so that wasn't an option. Anyway, I give my word that the car has 89k even though the title says otherwise. My stupid mistake. Live and learn.

Anyway, here are the mods to the car. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me!

Thanks,
Jamie

Thanks! No, I haven't listed it on the Rx7club yet. If no one here is interested in a trade, then I probably will. I'm hoping to switch to something other than a Mazda for a while. My thought is that I may get someone here who would be interested in a trade. I had a 92 Integra GSR for a while, and really liked it. I'd have no problem getting into a Honda or Acura again.

Hey man! No, this isn't Carlos' white Rx-7, but I am the guy who built that car. I traded it to Carlos for your GSR. Then, after I sold you guys the GSR, I ended up going out and getting another Rx-7 and here it is. How's the GSR doing these days? Good I hope.

If you know anyone who is looking for a nice rotary send them my way.

Car is good now. Has new seats, new suspension, new exhaust set up, new rims. Now it needs a paint job then it'll be set.

Here is some video footage of the car from this morning. I have decided to adjust the selling price to $3750. Trades are still welcomed. Note, that in the video it looks as though the car is burning oil or coolant. The car does NOT burn any fluids. It was very cold when I shot the video this morning, hence the cloud coming from the muffler.

Would like to find a clean Integra if possible. I would even be interested in a nice stock Teg. After all, I am looking for another project. I can either take cash on top of your car, or may be able to put some with my car if yours is really nice. Anyone have any offers?

Thanks,
Jamie

Thanks man! You guys in PR DEFINITELY know how to do the rotary right. Most of the crazy rotaries I've seen are from PR.
