k guys a while back i bought a ef9 wit a b18c conversion which had a conversion harness to change from obd0-obd1 any way that car has been never been runing 100% because i reakon it was never done right so wat i want to know is if it got a obd1 wiring loom could i just change everthing to obd1 using this or would i need more

 

Changing the entire wire harness over to an OBD1 harness is going to be way too hard and give you headaches. I would say do some troubleshooting and see what could possibly be causing your engine to not perform as it should. I could be something not wiring related.
