Default Need help with build!

Hello everyone. I purchased a 1991 Honda CRX. I plan on building N/A and i really am looking to run 12's. All i would like to do is hit 12's!! I was looking at the B18C ITR motor, but shoot! That thing is so expensive! Not only that but i would need motor mounts, and hydro - cable set up. So my question is this:

What swap would be the easiest and cheapest motor swap to hit my goal? Would it be the B18C ITR motor, or would it be a B18C1 GSR, or B16 swap?

the b16 is cheap but to run 12s with an NA engine your gonna end up spending a good amount of cash. go big and get the itr, or go even bigger and get a k series

thank you redsi89. You make a great point about the cheap engine, but the expensive build.

you could always go with a b20 or an h22 i know there's a lot threads in the all motor section with them hitting high 12's
