Default B16a motor swap, but front end problems!!!

Ok, I was driving my car, and i heard a loud popping noise and ever since then, If i am going in a straight line, its ok. but when you turn it it fights you and keeps popping.. I took it to some places and they said it was the transmittion.. So, I just did a b16a swap on the motor, and now, when I tried to put the axals on the car, it wont line up on the passanger side. I dont know if somthing is bent or what, I didnt kno if anyone else had this problem because we cant seem to figure it out .. HELP!!!!!

Please be more detailed, how did the axle not line up?

Also, what transmission are you using? There are a few different kinds..

you could have an axle binding. what axles are you using? i think mine was 90 model integra axles with no ABS. or your axle is about to call it quits. when you line up the axle to the tranny give it a few twists. i had to do this on mine. hope this helps.
