SOLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
-name:Chris
-car:98 Honda Accord LX Sedan
-location:Roanoke,VA
-price:$4200 with Viper alarm,or $4000 with no alarm.
-trades:NOT interested in any trades, unless you'd like to trade straight-up for a much more valuable car than mine!
-contact:Teamnextgen@yahoo.com or PM here
-VIN available by request
Overview:
-98 Accord LX Sedan.
-141,000 miles.
-Regularly returns 30MPG in mixed driving. I have yet to check the mileage during dedicated highway driving, but I’d say it should be in the mid 30’s.
-Clean Carfax. No crashes, title issues, odometer issues, etc. Report is available to be viewed if interested.
Engine/Tranny:
-2.3L SOHC VTEC.
-5 speed manual.
-Timing belt/water pump service, Ignition tune-up(plugs, wires, rotor, cap, plugs) at 138k miles.
-New clutch at 125k miles.
-Has an intermittent EGR code. This is the most common issue on the 98-02 Accords, and does not affect power, driveability or mileage. There was a service campaign by Honda for this issue, so it may be fixed for free-I’ve never checked-but it’s a minor annoyance in the CEL light coming on from time to time at worst regardless.
-All scheduled maintenance has been done very recently-this car will be well over 200,000 miles before any major service is needed again!
Exterior:
-Gray
-Body is straight overall. Usual minor dings and scratches for a car of this age. Only item of real concern is the driver side front fender, which has some minor rippling near the wheel opening, as seen in the pics.
-Paint is in good condition, with the exception of three spots where the clear coat is damaged. The hood has two small spots, the trunk lid has a very small spot and the roof has bigger areas. As seen in pics.
-Professionally tinted(Tim’s Customizing)less than five months ago.
-OEM alloy wheels with Yokohama tires. All four tires have the majority of the tread left.
Interior:
-Gray cloth.
-Viper 791XV security/keyless entry system. LCD remote confirms commands and alerts you if alarm system is triggered.
-Complete OEM floor mat set.
-Overall the interior is in very good shape. Obviously, a prior owner smoked-there are several burns on the driver side door panel and seat. These are the only issues with the interior. No smoke smell or residue remain.
This car has been well maintained, and all needed service has been recently performed. It should provide worry-free, comfortable driving for many more years. More pics or info are available-just ask.
Thanks!

Hey, Im in dire need of a larger car. Is the 6800$ asking price negotiable? The price is a bit steap considering the vehicle with 140k miles is valued at 3600$ on kbb in excellent condition.

the price is negotiable.
KBB isn't always the best representation in my experience.they deduct a lot of money as mileage goes up marginally.
these cars(or any car that gets good mileage right now)are bringing good money.i tried to price it right in the middle of what i've been seeing for real world asking prices.the mileage on it is about average for this generation, and with the exception of the few cosmetic flaws it's in above average condition.
Thanks
Chris
