Default At a dead end(idling issue on B18B3)

Firstly I would just like to say how helpful the FAQ threads are on this site and how much the site in general has been of assistance to me!
Now to my situation at hand...
Myself and a mate have been rebuilding his civic ferio(B18B3) motor due to a cracked oil channel in the original head. The car was searching at idle quite badly and we thought we could sort this out in the process thinking it was the TPS that needed adjustment. Since finishing the build and getting the car running, we were still experiencing some idling issues. We proceeded to follow some of the tips given here:
1: Set TPS at 0.45V
2: Clean IACV out
3: Clean FITV out
4: Adjusted idle screw and dizzy
5: Cleaned all sensor plugs

The symptoms have now changed slightly, but the problem persists...
The car seems to idle at ~1700rpm whether the water temp is cold or hot after start up. Once you tap the throttle the car begins to hunt again(1200&1700rpm).
I am now at a loss as to what else it could be
Any input on this would really be appreciated

I can drive the car without problem to the redline, let go of the throttle and once it comes down to idle speed should be, she hunts again. Plugs are correct, double checked with my own car.

The TPS and MAP sensors are plugged in correctly, and she has smooth acceleration through the range. "If that is what you are asking"

Also when we unplugged the TPS, the problem goes away but the idling sits at ~3000rpm, we reconnected the TPS the disconnected the IACV, the problem would persist but at a much lower rpm range and the bursts or hunting is alot more frequent.

I am the Mate BTW

thanks again for the reply

During "Normal Operation" no cell at all, "obviously when one of the sensors are dissconnected, then i get a cell"

we searched the intake and there are no leaks that im aware of everything seems to be air tight...

also i have been told and have read, somewhere here on the forum that it could be a grounding issue and or coil pack/dizzy... but that im not too sure of that myself.

ok i did some more research and ive decided to add all my problems in a nice and neat list form, allongside will be their solutions "will need your help on that if im wrong still learning all about my car " so here goes.
I have a stock B18B3 motor

1: hunting - will replace with a second hand TPS Tomorrow... hopefully "otherwise its a new intake it seems "we dont get pirate sensors down here".

2:Overfuling, Rich F/A mix - bad TPS/Valve Lash need adjustment"i will also try to set the Valve Lash tomorrow" Intake - 0.003" - 0.005" Exhaust 0.006" - 0.008". (please confirm!!)

3:Mis-fire on cylender 1 "not four as previously stated" plugs are black and piston is wet - adjusting valve lash.

4: Radiator cap " now this is a tricky one because im so **** scared that i might lose yet another head gasket, that will make three in a row " the cap is used and possibly faulty, after a good run coolent overflows into the resivoir there is some drawback but minimal...also when i feel the pipe running from the top of the raiadtor to the head i feel vibrations "almost like water is being drawn back but there is a vacume inside the pipe hindering this." hence vibrations" (for give me i dont know all the terms) no bubbles, - will have a carbon test done aswell...just to be safe.

well those are my immediate issues.

FAQ section FTW
any suggestions and imput will be greatly appriciated
