yup, it'll run with xp or vista --- drivers are at the radeon website, i'll run you through the installation if you need help but xp or vista should pick up the card automatically.

oh and if you have an lcd tv you can connect your computer to it, this card will make resolution and frame processing flow and look a lot sharper.
